We are excited to reach beyond the arts district in los angeles with remote group strength training. enjoy THE FREEDOM OF AN ONLINE PROGRAM WITH THE TOUCH OF A BOUTIQUE STUDIO. 

  • THE WORK: Every Week includes 2 Strength Workouts and 1 Mini Workout, plus cardio and cross train guidance via an app or online portal with video how-tos. Do the workouts anytime from anywhere.

    GUIDANCE FROM MEAGAN: Just like in person group training, everyone will take the same class, however Meagan will adjust for injury, equipment access and push you to level up when it’s time.

    ONBOARDING ZOOM with Meagan: We’ll touch base on your experience, limitations, equipment access, goals and answer any questions you have about remote group training.

    CONSTANT CONTACT: Ability to message Meagan with questions at anytime.

    COMMUNITY: Access to group chat for shared suffering.

  • The Warm Up:

    Each session will begin with a follow along 4 minute mobility warm up. These will become routines you can do with your eyes closed while texting once you know them.

    The Work.

    40-55 min of strength work. Various sets of lifting with cardio moments woven in. There will be foundational exercises that you will do every single week. Tried, true and effective moves like squats, deadlifts and chest presses. We’ll have some fun with accessory exercises which will zero in on smaller muscle groups and help carve your core. Under each exercise listed you’ll see the recommended rep range, tempo and a demo video if you need it. If you have an injury or limitation, we’ll leave a note for you or give you a different exercise. You’ll have the option to enter the weight and reps you completed so Meagan can monitor and nudge you when it’s time to level up.

    The Cool Down:

    1-3 minutes. Follow along cool downs to put a bow on it.

    Mini Workouts: In addition to two full strength workouts per week, you’ll have one 15-25 min mini workout. A mini workout day might be a cardio/HIIT situation, abs only or a booty band glute burner. Do the mini workout when you are pinched for time, don’t feel like moving or just want to tack something on to a walk or a run.

    A step or stool

We’re not trying to impress anyone - simple, effective, relaxed but encouraging. We have an approach to fitness that we take seriously without being too serious, and this attitude permeates throughout every branch of Kong Fit Club. We like you, want to get it in and get on with it because there is more to life than the gym.
